Eligibility: Any graduate from 2018 – 2019 pass-out
Resolving queries over calls, emails or whatsapp from the workforce on a regular basis regarding project execution.
Respond to the workforce’s queries on time and take complete responsibility to resolve any issues/grievances reported by them.
Be the sole point of contact between workforce and project managers for resolving project related issues.
Relevant experience in serving high-value customers with experience directly engaging with customers via chat, calls or e-mails.
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skill is mandatory
Absolute passion for ensuring a great customer experience with every contact.
Strong analytical/logical skills.
Strong command over English and Hindi language.
Ability to multi-task, strong attention to detail and time management is a must.
Very good customer service attitude and skills
Can empathize and understand the customers’ needs/pain points.
Should be okay with moving from one support channel to others on a frequent basis and be adaptive to the changes made as per the requirements.
Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple teams.
Startup experience would be a plus.
Willingness to work 6 days/week (Sunday fixed off).
