Quality Analyst/Inside Sales Manager

Job Designation 1: Quality Analyst-Content
Role & Responsibilities:
Perform content quality check for the user experience, functionality, navigation and conformance to the customer brief
Ensure the content is as per the guidelines
Fill and maintain the checklists for the courses that are through QA
Ensure that all issues and bugs are logged in the standard bug reporting tool
Create and maintain QA report
Maintain Git repository for content
Upload course content on LMS
Identify and report functionality, usability and standards-related errors/ inconsistencies in the LMS
Work closely with Prod/Tech team for resolving the issues related to functionality of LMS
Coordinate with internal/external team to resolve the tickets
Maintain and share a report on the course enhancement tickets with Manager(s)
Eligibility & Qualification:
Good communication skills
0-2 years exp in technology content development in the areas of e-learning or training
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to rephrase and modify content
Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work with limited supervision
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
Intellectually curious to understand new technologies.
Job Designation 2: Inside Sales Manager
Roles & Responsibilities:
Generate revenue and make a huge impact on Edureka’s growth, by developing/maintaining customer relationships and positioning Edureka’s products in the market
Inbound and Outbound customer calls and converts them into sales
Ready to work in UK/US Shift.
Maintain, build and update calling/mailing databases
Research on different tools to increase the sales and business opportunities
Demonstrate initiatives for refinement & strengthening of existing product
Regular follow up with new and existing customers.
0-2 years of experience in Inside sales/telesales experience in a B2C environment with excellent communication skills, enthusiastic go-getter and willing to meet targets
Consistent track record of achieving sales target (monthly/quarterly),preferably from Education industry background.
Experience in selling Software products/Services in the past preferred.
Successful candidate will have demonstrated perseverance, motivation, diligence with attention to detail.
Salary: 4.5 LPA – 5.5 LPA
