Job Designation: Customer Support Executive
Eligibility & Qualification:
Typing speed and Accuracy: 20 WPM with 85% accuracy
Candidates should clear Versant score of minimum 5
Candidate should clear Psychometric score of minimum 65%
Candidate should go through Client round
Pre-Hire check to be calibrated to include typing speed, psychometric & language proficiency (written & verbal)
Candidate should be able to display high level of empathy while dealing with customer problems and humanize the communication aspect irrespective of the channel of interaction.
Excellent English & Hindi Communication skills (North Indian Hindi).
Salary : Upto 3.5 LPA
