We required Customer Care Executive For Domestic Inbound calling.

Education: 12th pass / Graduate
Experience: Fresher can also apply / Minimum 6 months experience.
Shift: Day and Night shift.
Shift hours: 9 hours.
The candidate should have good communication skills in Hindi and English.
Responsibilities and Duties
Advises present or prospective customers by answering incoming calls on a rotating basis; operating telephone equipment, automatic dialing systems, and other telecommunications technologies.
Building up a Good Image and Rapport
Effective and Timely Communication
Handle Different Customers
Make calls and follow up
Always Maintain Good Telephone Etiquette
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
Education: 12th pass
