1. Position: Manager / Assistant Manager – Project Manager – Technology.
2. Role and Responsibilities: Manage the software release schedule for multiple project teams for multiple competing projects in parallel., Lead development teams using the Agile Scrum framework: run backlog grooming sessions, sprint planning, standups, monitor burn down charts, resolve impediments to achieving goals, and coordinate retrospectives. • Manage dependencies between multiple projects., Manage deliverables from multiple interdependent component projects to schedule with competing priorities simultaneously.
3. Job-specific skills: Proficiency in Project Management tools like MS Project, JIRA etc. PMP certification is MUST, Excellent Domain knowledge of Banking/NBFC industry. Experience in API Banking/ Digital Projects. Strong vendor and third party team management experience during IT Project Execution. Comfortable with Agile Development Methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Extreme Programming) as well as Waterfall Development (MPP/Visio) environment.
4. Educational Qualifications: B.E/B.Tech/BSC/MSC in Computer science/Information Technology from Reputed Colleague/University.
5. Minimum Experience: 5+ years of experience in IT out of which, at least 3 years in a similar role.
